As an inveterate ex-pat - living overseas most of my life - I began accumulating information about how to adjust to my new environments, how to maintain a healthy home and how to address cleanliness issues without access to products and medications available back in the UK.
This site is the product of some of the information gathered. It is not a commercial site, it is purely for fun and a wonderful memory of experiences and friends.
